Why not incorporate "color" from everyday familiar things?

We offer a rich variety of "coloring" options. You can choose "coloring" that matches the product image and concept. Examples: Red (sunset), Orange (citrus), Yellow (vitamin), Blue (refreshing), Gray (charcoal), etc. *The available colors may vary depending on the application and the laws of each country. Please feel free to contact us. Since we color using a spray without using colored fibers, the color is uniform and the texture is beautiful. It is primarily made from natural materials (wood pulp), making it environmentally friendly. Using short fibers enhances the feeling of closeness to the skin! By layering rayon (on one side or both sides), it provides a gentle touch on the skin. Thanks to our unique technology, it can absorb plenty of moisture into the voids created! Therefore, it can be used not only for cosmetic applications but also for a wide range of uses (such as hygiene materials, cushioning materials, wipes, etc.). We can also provide additional value-added features upon request. (Examples: Incorporation of superabsorbent polymers, addition of deodorants, flame retardancy, etc.) Please feel free to consult with us.

Airlaid non-woven fabric / Dry pulp non-woven fabric (Kinocross)

It is a fluffy felt-touch non-woven fabric for air raid that is actively used in unseen areas, from household goods to agricultural and industrial materials.

The web is formed using the airlaid method, which disperses pulp fibers and other materials in the air rather than in water. This allows for the creation of a bulky web. While maintaining the bulkiness of the web, a water-based adhesive (binder) is uniformly sprayed using a unique method, and after a drying process, it is turned into sheets. The binder can be selected based on its application, considering factors such as food compatibility and strength. Products include "Kinocross," which is made from wood pulp as the main raw material; "Palkross," which has a layer of low-weight rayon fibers on the surface of Kinocross; "Haikross," which incorporates synthetic fibers; and "B-SAP," which contains polymer absorbents. It is also characterized by the ability to color in relatively small lots. Ipros introduces processed products based on "Kinocross," "Palkross," and "Haikross." *For more details, please visit the official website http://www.kinocloth.co.jp. *Some TDS non-woven fabrics, such as "Soft Sheet," are also included.
